چکیده

Background: Shoulder pain felt when performing daily activities is a common complaint at all ages. impingement syndrome one of the most causes shoulder pain. Since this disease relatively prevalent, there an urgent need to develop treatment method with fewer complications. Magnet therapy (MT) therapies that has been recently used treat various musculoskeletal disorders. Objectives: This study aimed evaluate effects MT on and disability in patients syndrome. Methods: In double-blind clinical trial study, 60 diagnosed were randomly assigned three groups including "MT 18 Hz" group, 100 "Sham" group. All received times week for four weeks addition routine treatment. sham was as placebo. electrotherapy exercise therapy. Before after treatment, level evaluated by NRS scale, assessed Disabilities Arm, Shoulder, Hand Questionnaire (DASH), range motion measured using goniometer. The values obtained compared before Results: intragroup comparison revealed statistically significant improvement variables (including score, DASH, motion) (P < 0.05). intergroup comparison, other hand, showed no difference any > Conclusions: It concluded physiotherapy significantly reduced well improved motions Moreover, magnet two frequencies Hz along had additional positive effect recovery process

Effects of Shoulder Stabilization Exercise on Pain and Functional Recovery of Shoulder Impingement Syndrome Patients

[Purpose] This study examined the effects of scapular stabilization exercises immediately after surgery on pain and function in patients diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome. [Subjects] The subjects were assigned by random sampling to an experimental group (n=15) to which stabilization exercise was applied and a control group (n=15) to which ordinary physical treatment was applied. Pain inhibition of shoulder strength in patients with impingement syndrome.

Fourteen patients with Stage II or III impingement syndrome (average age 58 years) were studied. Nine patients had full-thickness rotator cuff tears documented by arthrograms. Patients initially underwent a thorough shoulder examination followed by baseline isokinetic strength testing. Abduction/adduction testing was performed utilizing a Biodex dynamometer. Maximum concentric contractions were...
